Custom Cabin in Freeburg, IL

As the general contractor, Middendorf & Reuss oversaw the demolition and reconstruction of this custom design-build cabin. Starting with an assessment of the existing structure, we decided to retain only the foundation. Post-demolition, we ensured the original foundation could support the new structure. Six months later, the cabin was completed with a stunning lakeside view and water access, demonstrating our adaptability and expertise in integrating old foundations with new constructions.
