Hartmann Turf and Tractor selected Middendorf & Reuss as the general contractor for their new location in Swansea, IL. Their new location is a 10,194 SQFT facility with a large customer showroom, parts room, shop, and offices. As a design-build project, our team was hands-on from concept to occupancy, allowing us and our customer to design a building that worked for them and their team while staying within their budget.
