Heartland Women’s Heathcare

Middendorf & Reuss were chosen to construct the new Heartland Women’s Healthcare facility in Carbondale, IL. This healthcare center, spanning 25,000 SQ FT, features twelve exam rooms, various specialty rooms, a waiting area, and nurse stations. Additionally, it houses nine other tenant spaces, each uniquely designed to cater to different business requirements. This center also became the first location of Sunny Street Café in Illinois.
