Wittenauer Properties selected Middendorf & Reuss to construct a new Retail Center in Waterloo, IL. As the growing community demanded more commercial development, North Pointe Center was created to accommodate the town’s growth. This 3,300 SQFT Center was designed to fit a range of tenant space requirements and is capable of housing six tenant spaces.
