Admiral Parkway Development selected Middendorf & Reuss for a 25,000 SQFT refrigeration room expansion for Cargill Company. Featured in the Emmy-nominated TV series Built To Last, the project involved demolishing old fire prevention and HVAC systems, installing tongue and groove refrigeration panels, constructing a new loading dock, and reinstalling all necessary systems.
