Villas at Thomas Pointe

Middendorf & Reuss were chosen to construct 21 duplexes at the Thomas Pointe development in O’Fallon, IL. Each 1,700 SQFT unit features a three-bedroom, two-bathroom layout with a vaulted kitchen/living room. Our efficient scheduling allowed the completion of the first duplex within three months, followed by a new duplex every two weeks until project completion, showcasing our ability to meet strict deadlines.
